Optimization Schedules

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi Members,

I'm setting up Scheduling Optimization (RSO) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service.

I pushed on the publish button but the the status doesn't change.

Any help where the issue can come from ?

    RE: Optimization Schedules

    Hi Bassamba,

Publishing is one of Optimization status codes, which means that the system is trying to publish schedules.

It is a transitional state between Unpublished and Published.

You can refer to this article.

So when you click the Publish button, its status is Publishing, please be patient, don't click the Publish button repeatedly. Wait until it is published successfully, the status will change to Published.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Lu Hao
