Cannot Print Purchase Order

Hi All,

I'm experiencing issue with Dynamics AX 2012. I'm trying to print a purchase order confirmation, but when I click print copy, it throws error

Error while setting server report parameters. Error message: The item '/DynamicsAX/StaticReports/id-ID/PurchPurchaseOrder.Report' cannot be found. (rsItemNotFound)

Interestingly, this only happens with one specific purchase order. I can print the other purchase order confirmation just fine.

I tried to redeploy the SSRS report and restart the AOS, but the error keeps popping out. Any idea what went wrong? Thank you!

    You may want to fix Language file in VendPurchOrderJournal. I cannot grantee if that is going to fix the issue but i suspect that language being passed does not have relevant design of static report.

    I have reviewed this, the language seems to be taken from purchTableAllVersions, which means from PurchTable. Do you want to see selected language on PO and vendor?

    Dear Sohaib,

    Thanks for your reply and yes it seems the languageId is the issue. For some reason the Purchase Order used the wrong languageId. I have reversed this to the correct languageId and it's working now.
