Currently going through the 'Set up Lead Scoring' portion of the self guided marketing tutorial found here:

Trying to enable automatic lead scoring, but there is no option to select a 'Existing Contact' at the Inquiry stage. What might the problem be?

Automatic lead scoring only works for leads that are associated with a contact, and scoring fails for leads that don't have a contact associated with them. When you create a lead manually, you must also associate it with a contact manually to enable lead scoring.
