Hi everyone,

would be great to hear of any suggestions. I am  adding another line to an existing SO. The other lines have been invoiced, and all are for the same item. As soon as I have added the line and click out of it I get the above message. I have checked basic settings and all look the same.

    Hi ,

it seems you are trying to modify inter-company order so please try changing the inter-company settings for inter-company customers and vendors.

    1) Intercompany Company has the Reason Codes set up.

    2) Customer > General > Setup > Intercompany > Sales value mapping > reason code & Disposition code = "Our"

    3) Vendor > General > Setup > Intercompany > Purchase value mapping > reason code & Disposition code = "Our"

    Regards,

    Bilal

Bilal, thankyou for the valued suggestion. I think you make a good point about Interco and I will investigate. However the path you have mentioned I think is in AX2012, and we are still on V4.

sorry I missed that, but I remember in Ax 4 you  have create item function on the item table to create the item in the other company, please check it.
