How to create journeys with future content

In D365 Real-Time Journeys or Outbound Marketing, is it possible to create a customer journey with monthly emails set for the next 12 months without having the emails ready initially, but allowing us to add them in later? This way, as the emails go live, the customer journey would deploy that monthly email, allowing us to track insights over time without needing to create a new customer journey each month and check insights for 12 separate journeys.
