One of my client is using Dynamics CRM 365 Version 1612 (8.2.2.154). We are experiencing a strange issue. We need to add a custom field to the Knowledge Article’s interactive form but it does not work for us. We added a custom field to the interactive form, published, opened the interactive dashboard, then opened that form but that field won’t appear.
Is this a version specific issue? Is anyone else experienced this issue?
