Hi all,
Weird one. Our production instance updated to the new wave 2 2020 releases. One of the things I was excited about was the new modern email template creation experience. I can see email templates are available to select from in the Customer Service Hub in dev but not in production. In production it's missing email templates in the templates area of the customer service hub.
Can I simply just add the entity to the app and add it manually to the sitemap through the app designer? Will this work?

I can see the Email templates in my Production environment with wave 2 2020 releases, so I believe you will get it by adding Email templates entity to the site map of the app.

Please check if 2020 release wave 2 is turned on in your crm production instance.
As suggested in above post you can add email teplate entity directly in sitemap editor.
