Manual checks and void checks window hanging/spinning

Users are unable to open the manual checks window in the HR & payroll module. When they click the "manual checks" option from transactions\payroll\manual checks the curser just spins. they then have to close GP by ending task. When a user attempts to void a check, it appears to go through reading 100% but it too hangs there spinning. All other windows are accessible and process normally. I have run a check links, and do not show any partials in the payroll work tables.

Any suggestions is much appreciated

Marking this as answered as there is a support case for this.

No duplicates in the table and thinking stuck work records or temp records.
