Work Class Error during Sales Picking on Mobile device

Hello,

I am getting "Invalid Work Class ID" while picking the sales work on the mobile device in D365.  The Work Template is valid and the work class ID is same in both Work Template ID and Mobile device menu item "Sales Picking"

I am able to complete the "Pick" work but during the "Put" to Stage, it shows up the error "invalid work class ID". 

Any suggestions?

    Have you got two Pick/Put pairs in your work template? If yes, make sure you tick 'Stop work' on the second Pick line. (Otherwise AX will immediately attempt to do the second Pick, which most likely has a different Work Class and which is not allowed by the menu item you are using).
