Credit & Collections module - Good resource recommendation

Hi,

I am looking for somebody to point me in the direction of a good resource that fully details/demonstrates the full capability of the credit and collections module.

Finding it hard to find a resource that demonstrates how to make full use of the module, particularly around;

- Case management

- System-led 'to-do lists' for the collections team based on set parameters

- Useful dashboards

- AI capabilities

etc

We're really hoping to be able to use F&O to take our credit and collections activities to the next level and are finding it hard to get a resource that shows the full capability

Hi,

You can refer to this official documentation: Credit and collections overview - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. Customer credit management lets you manage credit limits and control the flow of sales orders through the posting process, based on credit rules that you create. The Collections page provides a centralized view where accounts receivable collections information is managed. Collections managers can use this centralized view to manage collections. Collections agents can begin the collections process either from customer lists that are generated by using predefined collection criteria or from the Customers page.

Thank you for the suggestions. I had already been through some of those links and have reviewed those that I hadn't previously read.

I still feel that a lot of this literature does not adequately review for example the 'Case' functionality and how it can be used effectively using Tasks & Activities. Also, others in our business have stated that on previous systems they worked on that the system would 'prompt' them in certain actions. For example if a customer had not paid when promised, or if a customer had dropped out of their ususal payment pattern etc. Is there any such functionality/intelligence in F&O or anything coming in future releases?

Hi, Can someone let me know if the credit collections module is a module that has to be purchased on top or it is included in the basic access to F&O? I can see the module but nothing shows up. Do the administrator need to enable something in Settings?
