Hi all,

The SLA timer is not calculating after it is expired. I have enabled SLA recalculation and also updating applicable from field. The timer recalculates when SLA is succeeded but not working when expired.

According to this documentation the timer has to recalculate. But I am not sure why it is not happening?

Thank you.
