Hi,
In our Helpdesk, one of our team has recently taken some long term leave so we have re-assigned the contacts she owned to another team member.
The problem is, when we go into one of the Contacts to view his Activities, Im going to call him Contact A. We can see incoming and outgoing messages to other Contacts (Contacts B & C) the messages all arrived into the Activities of Contact A at the exact same time last week.
So obviously this is a big problem as we dont want different contacts activities mixed up.
So, how could I check how and why this happened and how can I resolve it?
