So I have the next challenge. I do not know where to start. Maybe you'll have ideas. My client manages all his client documents in sharepoint online (there is an integration between dynamics 365 and saharepoint online). The path is like this: Contact / Case. 

My client wants to let his clients upload documents from the web through a "landing page."
His client will enter a case number (or any other number which will help the crm identify him) and then he can  upload the documents directly to sharepoint online and it will be reflected in CRM. 

How can i do it? Can it be implemented using ADX? A third party solution?

    Hi,

    You can do this using custom development.

    I would create a Customer Portal.

    Allow Client to log in to the customer Portal and let it handle the security for what the Client can see and do on the Portal.

    Then allow the Client to upload documents to the Case as an attachment to the Note.

    Once the document is in CRM you can move it to Sharepoint using custom code.

    In the future there may be direct integration between Portal and Sharepoint.

    It's my understanding this cannot be done through the ADX (now Microsoft) cloud hosted portal.  It is on the roadmap however.
