Hello,

Is Label Print Management a native feature of AX 4.0?

Anyone has a work instructions about how it works or how to set it up?

We already use it in the company, but the thing is that lately we have been having issues with it, normally after we have code migrations, most of the users can't print correctly, we have to clearer out their cookies and/or usage data, and citrix settings.

We would like to understand how it works and why this happen? We use zebra printers.

Any suggestion, recommendation and/or documentation about it would be really helpful.

Hi Jorge,

There is no public documentation available anymore for AX 4.0. This is a very old application which is not supported anymore by Microsoft.

Depending on what exact labels you are printing, it might be standard or not. Can you share some screenshots of your application? That will help recognizing if you are using standard features, an ISV or a customization.
