Hello,
we need to sync test environments with production but when we are trying to copy and overwrite environment, it is making test environment solutions as managed maybe we need to import solutions manually.
can we export managed solution? Any idea how to do.

The managed solution can't be exported, only unmanaged solution will be exportable in D365.

we are not able to export from powerapps

You can copy your production environment to another/new environment in admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com.

yes, but our production environment has managed solutions and when we copy, we need unmanaged.
