lead score presentation

Hi Community,

we have a lead scoring model based on marketing activity (email click, opens, website visits, form submissions) plus some data set against the contact record (inbound email, calls, meetings)

Once the lead generates enough points we create a sales qualified lead, our sales guys are struggling to understand how they got all the points. The insights tab only provides insight into marketing interactions, but not all the other fields we use.

we are considering creating workflows to maintain fields when points are triggered for fields and present this back to the user, but we are unable to do this for marketing interaction data.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks

    RE: lead score presentation

    Hi,

For the conditions set in each Lead Scoring Model are not recorded in a field, the workflow cannot be used to pass the parameter.

The scores of a model for a lead are summed up in a Lead Score record and are not differentiated by condition.

You could post your proposal on the Idea forum to improve it.
