Why can't we check the Cc field in the record creation and update rules condition?
The field is available.
Can we have and ETA on when it will be added?
Hi PSauve_mdfcommerce,
I'm afraid there's no way to add a CC field in creation and update rules condition.
The datatype of the CC field is party list, that mean it’s related to many entities. Maybe that's why it doesn't work.
I suggest that you can give feedback to Microsoft Support.

Hello both, just thought, but not sure if it is correct. If the automatic record creation update rule is monitoring a Queue Mailbox, then are partylist type fields even necessary because the email will be coming in to the Mailbox regardless.
Originally I thought Cc or Bc fields were necessary because that's how the classic background workflows were set up, but now I am uncertain whether that applies here? Kindly advise on the soundness of the thought process.
Best,
Arslan
We are monitoring a shared mailbox where email came from at least 10 different email addresses.
Some rules need to check from witch mailbox they are coming.
but sometimes the mailbox is cc'ed,example: when an agent and a customer have a chat that didn't start from an exchange with the said queue.
The agent will add the email address in cc for the email to be link to the crm case.
