How it can be connected to Dynamics 365?
You will need a bot that has a integration to Dynamics 365. Looking at the ones listed on their page there doesn't seem to be an appropriate one.
You can however connect Manychat to dynamics 365 using either Zapier zapier.com/.../microsoft-dynamics or Leadsbridge leadsbridge.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm
or you could create your messenger chatbot yourself using the Microsoft Bot framework. community.dynamics.com/.../publishing-bot-to-facebook-messenger is a blog post at the end of a long series of blogs during which you can build you own bot and then connect it to Facebook Messenger
