PA has a unique sales tax setup where they charge sales tax on the gross margin of a sale. Since there is no option to calculate by gross margin on the Tax Detail and no obvious selection to tell the system that the detail is PA and therefore needs to calculate on GM. How do you setup PA sales tax in GP?
Are you sure about this? This would allow the customer to calculate the cost of the goods. I just read the PA sales tax guide and it does not mention this.
