Wrong opportunity name while Converting E-mail to opportunity in UCI

Hi All,

We have recently created and UCi app in dynamics crm .

The issue is when we convert the e-mail to opportunity , the opportunity name is populating with special charecters in spaces.

This is only happening with UCI app and workes perfectly in Classic UI.

Did anyone faced this issue? please suggest?

Hi,

I couldn't reproduce the issue, even with special characters and accentuations.

Do you have customizations that alter the standard conversion process?

Also, do you have an example of an email Subject that doesn't convert properly to an opportunity Topic?

I suggest that you open a Support Request to investigate your issue: admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
