Dynamics 365 Marketing: "Something went wrong" & "We couldn't check the page for errors at this time. Please try again later."

Hi.

I am currently working on configuring different parts of the Marketing-module in Dynamics 365 - Marketing emails, customer journeys and marketing pages & forms.

I am trying to configure different options for a customer, but am having recurring problems both today and yesterday with error messages popping up:

I have little experience with these vague error messages, and am wondering what is happening here? Is this a common problem with Dynamics Marketing?

Any help or answers on this matter would be greatly appreciated!

I have also this problem with some of the users. Not all of them but some. I thought it could be something with the security role.

have you solved this? Do you still have it and did you raise a ticket to MS Support?

    Hi @Bonielsen,

this is definitely not expected, nor common problem.

In your situation, I would do 2 things -

    1. Raise a support ticket with Microsoft here admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

and attach screenshots just like you did above.

    2. Check the service health of your environments.

Follow the link https://port.crm4.dynamics.com/G/ServiceHealth/Index.aspx or https://port.crm11.dynamics.com/G/ServiceHealth/Index.aspx etc depending on your region. This will give you a list with environments, find your one and hopefully it will say Normal Service. If it doesn't, mention this  when speaking to Microsoft as well.
