Downloading Metrics from Call Dashboard

Hi All,

Does anyone know if there is an option to download the metrics from the call Dashboard? Currently, there is not option to do this.

    Yes, you can download the data that populates the Remote Assist call dashboard via PowerApps. 

    Go to https://make.powerapps.com/  

    Select the environment where RA is installed

    Select Data > Tables

    Change filter from Default to All

    Select Phone Call table

    Select Data and change filter to All Phone Calls

     Select export data
