Options for Importing/Updating From MailChimp

We have a sizeable set of audiences within MailChimp. We plan to use PowerMailChimp from PowerObjects to send mailers out from D365.

We have created fields within D365 that mirror audiences in MailChimp. Eg - we have a Entertainment audience in MC and a Yes/No field exists for Entertainment in D365. I've performed an import of the Contacts in the Entertainment audience and those Contacts now exist in D365. From here I can build Marketing Lists etc based on a criteria...

Our issue revolves around keeping the Contacts within D365 up to date when something changes in MailChimp. Eg, if a Contact unsubscribes from a specific audience in MailChimp, we'd like to see that reflected in D365. I can't think of a practical way to export the contacts out of D365, amend them according to any changes in MailChimp and then re-import/update them in D365.

Are there any other options or can anyone offer any suggestions?

Thanks in advance..

For organizations with a significant audience, using MailChimp for mailing campaigns can be a preferred choice as it provides easy tracking and analysis of marketing insights. However, integrating MailChimp with Dynamics 365 CRM can be challenging. To address this issue, many businesses are turning to Marketing4Dynamics by Inogic, which offers seamless integration with Dynamics 365 CRM.

One of the most valuable features of Marketing4Dynamics is its bi-directional synchronization with MailChimp, allowing updates made on either platform to be reflected in the other. With this feature, organizations can easily sync their MailChimp audiences with Dynamics 365 marketing lists. Additionally changes in contact unsubscribes will be automatically updated on both platforms, eliminating the need for manual data imports and ensuring that contact records are always up-to-date.

    Thanks!
