Fixed asset transfer not transferring the Cost Center of the fixed asset

There is old migrated FA. I need to change the cost center for it.

I go to FA > Select Transfer fixed assets. Then selected all books and updated cost center and submitted for transfer.

Only Tax layer Books updated with CC.

For Books related to Current and Operations not updated with CC.

One observation it is working fine when I created completely new FA and performed transfer operation

I have tested this even after posting transactions it worked as per the expectation.
