Email in CRM is sent/received successfully, but this mailbox in Outlook is in draft folder

I have an issue about Email.

I am using MD365 on-premise, integration with Email router on-premise, have an email that using to send notify, but In CRM these email sent/ received with this mailbox is successfully, in Outlook all successful email are in Draft mail.
Now storage of Draft mail is over.

Please guide my where to check it.
