I'm using GP 2016 and SQL 2012, I get an error like the one above when I want to input a new PO.

    This is not the standard GP PO form. Check with your third-party vendor.

    That warning dialog is Dexterity based, but is not coming from core Dynamics.

    What Dexterity ISV products and Custom addons are installed?

    This is most likely from a Dexterity dictionary.  Look in the Dynamics.set launch file to see what is installed.

    The top half of the launch file has the list of Dexterity product dictionaries installed.

    The last three products are not Microsoft products

    2206 HSK

    2706 Purchase Requisition

    1514 VAT

    My records show that these Product IDs were originally registered to Quote Desk Software, Rockton Software, and MC2Software, Inc., respectively

    It is likely that one of these products is causing the issue. I would suggest using Tools >> Customize >> Customization Status to temporarily disable triggers for these products one at a time and see if you can identify which product is causing it.

    hi david,

    I have tried to disable it in tools, setup, customize for the three packages HSK, Puchase Requisition and VAT..

    when disabling purchase requisition in the puchase order entry menu in GP it cannot be executed.

    does this mean the purchaserequisition.dic file has a problem?

    can you teach me how to fix it ?

    Not necessarily. Disabling the product is going to stop anything that product provides from working.

    You need to disable the triggers just before you would expect the dialog to pop up.  You need to be targeted as you are trying to identify exactly what product is opening the dialog.

    If you have GP Power Tools installed (you can use 30 day free trial), you would be able to capture logs and probably even find the message and which product it comes from. That's how I knew it was not core GP.
