GP cannot access network drive

We setup GP on a new workstation but that workstation cannot access our network drive to save generated ACH files.
 
Any idea how to fix this.

    Hello,
     
    This usually has to do with permissions to the drive. 
     
    Can you save the location to the Desktop of the machine with? Can you save to the root of C: without issue?
     
    If either of the above is successful, then this is a permission issue and will need to dig into the permissions.
