We're running GP2018, recient upgrade from GP2010.
On the GL Accounts lookup window if you used the 'Additional Sorts' drop down to select Segment 1, 2, or 3 it works.
When you select Segment 4 or 5 it does not display any accounts, however if you use 'by Custom Sort' you can select any segment, or other column and it works.
Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
Users whant to be able to use Segment5 all the time, going thru the 'by Custom Sort', scroll to Segment5, Add, OK is a pain.
