InvalidLicenseException: while creating non listed items

The Error: "The SMTP mail system returned the following error: "Transaction Failed.

The server response was: 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:InvalidLicenseException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message Mailbox ### does not have a valid License.

    This error message relates to your SMTP server, check your SMTP server settings.
