Hi - I found the app, when I add a project it doesn't actually do anything. Is there any very basic instructions on how to set up and connect to D365 sales/ce? Where should I run it from, D365 or somewhere else?
For using Customer Voice, you need to log into customervoice.microsoft.com. You will be able to perform all the operations from this site.
You can connect a Customer Voice project to D365 instance. All the invites and responses for that project will be synced to your org.
