what can we do if we want send email in microsoft dynamics 365 to several dynamics contact (in field /to/)
i can select maltiple dynamics option . but email has sent to one of them
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
     
    You can add multiple contacts in the /To/ field of an email to send them an email.
    The prerequisite is that the sender's mailbox is configured for incoming and outgoing success. Otherwise, the outgoing email will be in pending status.
     
    It is not possible to withdraw emails that have been sent out.
