How to make a view with cases assigned to current user on Portal

We are going to use Case Portal internally (our employees will create case through Case Portal).

I would like to create a view that only shows cases that is assigned an user who are using Portal (if there are cases that are assigned to employee, John then when he logs in to Portal the view can show cases that is assigned to him).

I tried use Filter on a view like .. "Owner Equals Current User".  The result is correct under Dynamics system's Case, however, the Case Portal returns cases that are assigned to "SYSTEM".

    Hi,

    This is because the user in CRM(User)  is not the same as the user in Portal (Contact).

    And for Portal the user in CRM is the System user.

    If the Case is owned by and assigned to users in CRM and the same user is logging into the Portal as a Contact, than you may need to map owner to contact and have a custom field in the Case entity that gets populated with the mapped contact.

    Than have the user filter by the custom field.
