How do you add 'My Apps'

I recently installed a Dynamics instance (and sandbox). There are a few issues, as nothing seems to be as I remember it. First though, is simply getting to it. You can see in this image that 'My apps' only shows 'Talent'. I have ensured that the user has full global admin and licences to Customer Service Hub, but nothing shows up in 'My apps'. I have also tried creating a custom app within Dynamics, and this doesn't show either.

Any ideas?

    Hi David,

    Have you check the Dynamics 365 Admin Center, Navigate to Your Sandbox Instance, Go - To Solutions and click Install for Customer Service HUB?

    Hi partner,
    If you want to create a custom app, remeber to go to Settings->Myapps and publish it again after your save your settings.

    It may take some time to take effect. You could also go to D365 home page and click on "syn" button to refersh the app list manually.

    About your other OOB apps, you could go to D365 Admin Center -> Application tab to check if you have enabled them.

    For anyone coming to this, the answers below are potentially valid depending on your situation. In my situation however, it was Microsoft needing to do something the back end. After nearly a week, everything just appeared as expected.
