Hi All,
I am working on D365 Online
I have a lookup field on the form and trying to using "Mailbox" entity as child entity
Once I place this field on form, this got disabled, I can't select anything.
I checked field properties, Not locked and Not disabled
Please help me with this

Hello,
I guess it is OOB behavior.
But you can use power automate or some code customization to update this field.
If you want to update it using the power automate please follow below steps.
1. Get the GUID of the Mailbox record which you want to populate. and initiate in one variable.
2. Then use below syntax to update it on the record. basically u will need Plural name of entity and GUID of the record.
mailboxes(GUID)
It will be updated like below:

Hi,
Mailbox entity is not enabled for UCI and that is why it is disabled .
You can use plugin/cloud flow to automatically populate this field value.
Also,Can you please check the Entity customization page of Mailbox if enabled for Mobile

But my requirement is user need to select one mailbox and need to save the page
