Uploading Clients Data Information

Hi Everybody,

I want to upload my client's database with phones and emails we bought from an external company. Is there a way to "download" de current clientes, add the new contact information(which store in a csv file) and then upload it.

Hi,

Do you mean that you want to update your contacts data, or both contacts and accounts?

Hi Steve,

I mean update contacts data information of most of our clients. For example, this is the costumer profile of one of our clients and we would like to update just the email and phone information. We would like to be able to upload a csv or any other file with the new information to fullfill the empty values.(I hope it does make sense, I speak spanish so if I didn't make myself clear just let me know)
