Forecaster 7.0 new input set locked via workflow

How do I reset the workflow statuses for all departments in Forecaster 7.0?  My input set is locked.

    Hello Emily,

    In Forecaster, go into Workflow and select the input set you want to reset workflow for. Select all the departments that show by holding down the shift key. Click on the New Status ellipsis for one of them and change to In Progress. Click OK and Save. This will set all departments for that Input Set back to In Progress.
