Entity with a name = 'role' was not found durring Outlook configuration

Hello, everybody,

some of our users get the following error message when configuring Dynamics 365 for Outlook add-in for the first time:

The specified record type does not exist in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The entity with a name = 'role' was not found in the MetadaCache.

We are using Dynamics 365 version 9.0, Windows 10, Microsoft Outlook 365, Dynamics 365 for Outlook 9.00.0002.0426.

Anybody got a clue what's going wrong?
