Hi, I need help with order XXXXX item XXXX1 and XXXX2. I wanted to change qty from 4 to 3 pcs on item XXXX1, but instead the work was cancelled even though pick and pack was closed. May i know how to open work ID XXSSSS.
Please advise. Thank you
The video link below is how to do a reduce pick from the shipment. I created it in D365, but I think that 2012 has the same functionality. You basically want to go look at the shipment and there should be a reduce pick button there.
