custom field on Contact Form appears in 'show fewer fields' rather than 'show more fields'

I have couple of custom fields added to Contact form but they appear only when I click on 'Show more fields'. Is there a setting on the development environment so that when your view is on 'show fewer fields' the field is still showing?

Thank You.

put your customized fields in a group and let your group be somewhere at start.

e.g. it can be after Identification group.

still didn't work. I still have to click on "show more fields" to see the field. Is there some property I need to set for the new group?

    no.

how many number of fields do you have in your group

    just one field for now.

it should not happen, the way it is doing in your case.

the fields are hard coded at following path(which are hided and shown by blue link)

    \Classes\DirPartyFormHandler\manageFields

not sure why exactly its happening in your case.

can you tell us version of your ax and if you can attach your xpo here, so we may check it.

There is no setting that would hide your new group. Basically the Show more fields button is making visible some of the hidden fields in the already displayed groups you have in the General fast tab page and also rearranges the groups  (just a question: to what table have you added the fields? ContactPerson or DirPartyTable?).

    DirPerson

    It's DirPerson.ProfessionalTitle

    1) I asked you to attach XPO, in my last reply, you did not.

    2) why you are trying to add a field again, which is already there.

    3) this field is already being hided by code which I told you previously

    \Classes\DirPartyFormHandler\manageFields

you need to fix this in code; so form will ignore it while hiding
