Hi,
CRM OOB import does not support updating a user's manager. Is there any option other than SSIS package to update the user's manager on regular basis. This is for a Dynamics 365 online instance.
Unfortunatly there hasn't been any change related to this in the new versions as well.
Thank you for the links. I did go throuh them and these are for earlier versions. Wanted to check if Dynamics 365 has any option OOB to do this.
This is to ensure manager is up to date for any user so the manager hierarchy setup works perfectly in CRM. The update require to happen when user changes department or the manager leaves company etc. At any instance, the admin is not expected to change manually, there need to be an automatic way like when HR data changes it need to update CRM. As it is an online instance I was wondering if there a way other than SSIS integration.

I don't think there is any way to do a bulk update however you can select multiple records and assign it do the same manager. This will still be quicker than updating individual records.
