My GP window used to be closed automatically when running Integration Manager but not any more and it becomes slow now.
Is there a way to re-set it?
I'd make sure you don't have these lines in the Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.IntegrationManager.ini file, or if you do, they're set to FALSE:
ShowDynamics=TRUE
DoUIRedraw=TRUE
We use these lines during troubleshooting so they'll 'show' us the GP windows as Integration Manager is using them, during standard adapter integrations.
Otherwise, I can't say I've seen the GP windows being left open by IM when running integrations.

Go to the Microsoft Dynamics GP menu item > select Exit. Note: When working on a terminal server or in the Cloud, it is not recommended to click the X in the top right, as it is very easy to close the wrong thing. Once GP is completely closed, then log out of the cloud or terminal server.
