We have recently purchased Dynamics 365 for Human Resources (in the cloud) and want to use this to manage our recruitment process.

We have previously used the PeopleHR Applicant Tracking System (ATS) so it is this kind of functionality that we would like to use within Dynamics 365 for Human Resources.

All my searches have drawn a blank. It is almost like this functionality was available with Dynamics 365 for Talent Attract and this has been discontinued with no replacement functionality available in Dynamics 365 for Human Resources?

Any advice or guidance provided would be much appreciated :-)

Hello AlternateBM - thank you for your question. If you are referring to the ATS functionality that used to be offered in the Attract for Talent product, that is no longer available for purchase (https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/talent-to-human-resources/).

As per the blog post listed here: https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/dynamics365/bdm/2019/12/06/building-a-more-successful-workforce-with-dynamics-365-human-resources/ the D365 for Talent Attract offering is no longer available as of Feb 1, 2020, with customers now being directed to other ATS alternatives including the LinkedIn Talent Hub: https://business.linkedin.com/talent-solutions/talent-hub

Existing customers using the solution will be able to do so until Feb. 1, 2022, at which time it will be discontinued. That may explain the lack of information related to the product at this time, but let me know if you were looking for something else related to D365 for Human Resources (Talent).

Hi,

in the market, there is a huge selection of ATS products. I would recommend You write all Your requirements and then talk with vendors.

We have talks with some vendors: Workable, Recruitee, TeamTailor, and Dynamics ATS and I could say, they have a pretty good product that could integrate with Dynamics.

Hello Barry!

If you are looking for use D365 HR for your recruitment and hiring process, in the Human Resources module, there are the Recruitment and Applicant menu items and functionalities. There are quite a few out of the box features that are offered that do not need other ISVs or applications if you are looking for something basic. MS just added a new Recruitment management workspace to the HR module as well that could be of use too.
