barcode 128 generates invalid characters

Hi,

When i try to use barcode128.encode() function for my item id bar code generates string of "%"$"*%&*!%)##'!&")"*%&)""%*'!)!#'')!1" characters instead of normal alpha characters i give. I am using BarcodeCode128 class .Does any one why barcode128 is not returning the correct string ?

Have you set a barcode font in the report control properties?
