Dynamics 365 for Outlook and Dynamics 365 App for Outlook do not share tracking status with each other. You will need to track records again.
Will the already tracked items be displayed in the tracked of outlook app.
or do i need to track them again.

The records will be tracked until you stop tracking them.

but when we speak user's regarding this to use the outlook app they will reply with below scenario.
Currently we are using the Outlook Add-in , what will happen to previous records which are being tracked using Outlook Addin.
it will be helpful if someone can help me in resolving this issue.

Note that tracking activities is not supported when Dynamics 365 App for Outlook and Dynamics 365 for Outlook are used together by the same user. Choose one or the other.
