Not all emails in the email thread are tracked to Dynamics 365

I can’t see all the emails from one email chain/thread that are tracked, I only see some of the emails that are being tracked in MD365 and OMNI.
Due to that, as we are making sure we are tracking accurate information, when someone from the team notices that an email is not tracked, they will track it again, without knowing that it has already been tracked and we will create duplicates.
