How to Connect Two Contact Views

I have been searching all around but am unable to find any sort of reference to my question.

I would like to be able to create a Contact view that has all of the correct customer exclusions that we need for all of our advertising pieces. And then I would like to use that Contact view as a "template" and pull it into another Contact view with which we could narrow down further for the specific advertising audience. This way, if we need to add or remove an exclusion, we would only need to do it one place.

Is there anyway to do something like this?

Template style views are not available in the Dynamics 365. You need to modify all the views whenever exclusion criteria is change. Thanks.
