Clone system relationships from quote entity to custom entity

Hi,

I am cloning quote entity into custom entity using C# SDK which includes all the columns and relationships. Most of the columns and relationship have been cloned successfully but facing some issue in cloning some system columns and relationships. Please suggest me with your answers.

These are the columns unable to clone
