Hi experts,
An issue is occurring when someone replies to an email from the CRM, it is assigning a number CRM:0000001 for every e-mail. This has started happening after the upgrade to Dynamics 365. Any ideas of resolving this issue? I tried changing the prefix with no result.
Hi Johannes, the issue is resolved but no coding involved. I took the auto-numbering option off and put it back on and that worked.
I could solve the problem for my cases. We had the problem above, when the organization-service in system/admin context in Code is used to call the CRM-Action to create/send the e-mail message.
Now in Code we use the organization-service in current executing users context, so the auto-number in email-subject suffix is not always CRM:0000001 anymore and count up.

Hi, we have got the same problem here, each e-mail created/send by an Action or by Code gets the suffix "CRM:0000001".
