How are images stored in the Model-driven apps rich text editor?

Dear all,

Wave 2 is announcing a PCF component for rich text editing. rich-text-control-embedded-images

This is a Model-driven app, now we can insert images into the rich text editor

it 's awesome ! but , how is it stored? is it storing the image in Azure Blob storage?

The image URL：/api/data/v9.0/msdyn_richtextfiles(66f61521-ce11-eb11-a813-000d3aa3e47c)/msdyn_imageblob/$value?size=full
