Hello Community,
I'm looking for some advice / best practices to better manage licences allocation within various projects within LCS. Right now there is a pool of licences and many different projects with all their own budgets. It's very difficult today to manage the licence allocation to each project. All good advice welcomed. Thanks.

Can you explain your question? There are no licenses in LCS. What type of projects have you created?

LCS does not have any licences, Its more on Project based, you have can multiple projects and manage them accordingly, for better management please check Project Users. Check docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-lcs-security
